Decades of Experience, Highly Qualified

CH Performance is founded and run by Chris Holt. Chris continues to compete at a national and international level in a number of disciplines including powerlifting and track cycling. He’s lived a life of sport since a teenager and has also trained and competed in golf, bodybuilding, athletics and motorbike racing. His time as an athlete is backed up by years of teaching and coaching experience to international level athletes and teams as well as qualifications in sports science and strength and conditioning coaching.
