This will involve a range of core strength exercises along with accessory exercises; all designed to make you stronger through the correct level of volume and intensity.

Speed, agility & quickness

Whether in a straight line on a racetrack, or to a change of direction in a game of hockey, this programme will involve a range of specific movements to help improve your ability to accelerate, reach a higher top speed or stop and change direction. Endurance

For the individual who wants to improve their endurance level in their chosen sport/hobby.

Whether your goal is to increase your power outputs/average speed over the course of a 4-hour race or be able to go out for a 10, 20, 30km run, an endurance programme will safely help you attain your goal. This programme will involve progressively overloading you with volume and intensity in the movements you perform for your chosen sport. It is designed to aid your recovery periods so that you will improve your performance without over training.
